The cottages « Valpeline » have welcomed visitors since 2007, in every seasons. Located between a lake and mountains, in Savoie and Haute Savoie. Situated in the little village of Seythenex at an altitude of 750. Less than 15 minutes by car you will find a ski station, and a little further : the Annecy's lake and other culturals riches.

Around the cottages, you will find the ski station Summer/Winter of La Sambuy. You will have the occasion to do many little strolls or long rambles around the lake of Annecy, in the forest, in the mountains and around the streams or waterfalls.
You will also have the possibility to swim on the beaches of the lake. The mountains have an altitude about 2200 m. The park of Bauges is recognised Géopark by l’UNESCO.
Charming studio of 29 m². Ideal for a couple.
The flat is composed of a living room with equiped kitchen and sofa. There is an area for the night with two single beds. You will find a bathroom as well.
A direct access to a private garden of 85 m². From it, you'll see the mountains all around you.
Prices : between 280 € and 325 € the week
A flat of 62 m² on the first floor of a character house. Ideal for a family or two couples.
The living room of 29 m² is composed of a kitchen equipped (with oven, micro-wave, dishwasher), and a lounge with TV, a Hi-Fi system and a DVD player.
You will also find a double bedroom, a bedroom with three single beds, and a bathroom.
A direct access to a private patio of 85 m².
Prices : between 450 € and 550 € the week
